Our Start to a Stylish Summer

Howdy y’all and happy Wednesday!! Can you believe that summer is here?! If you’re anything like us, we have been spending as much time outside as possible, so we are loving this warm, sunny weather! Being from Florida, we adore any chance we get to spend time in the sun and by the water, making summer our favorite season. Although we are now in Nashville without an ocean nearby, we still love curating a wardrobe that’s perfect for summers spent in the South in our backyard or by a pool! (We’re also crossing our fingers we will find our way to a beach soon!) If you recall from our last MyTheresa blog, we had just snapped up this adorable ruffle sleeve blouse by one of our all time favorite designers, Ulla Jonson. And after falling in love with these bright colors and the bold print, we couldn’t resist grabbing the matching skirt! We love how it can be worn as a matching set, paired with a simple white blouse, or used as a swimsuit coverup. It’s so fun finding pieces that are versatile, so for us, this skirt was a major score! Our closet is very much a mix of high and low, so when we do decide to splurge on a new find, we always make sure it’s a piece that will get its wear! Other great investment pieces we are loving include this airy cotton midi that can be worn loose as a coverup or belted as a casual summer dress, this bold floral maxi skirt paired with the matching top or with a basic solid blouse, and this chic, silk rose scarf that can be tied in our hair, on a purse, or around the neck!

We believe a pair of quality sunglasses are a must in every accessory line up, and our go-to’s are these amazing Celine shades.
