Happy Wednesday, y’all! We’re thrilled to share our latest round up Madewell must-haves for fall and winter! We have a thing for bending fashion rules (consider no white after Labor Day firmly debunked!) and we embrace the same kind of freedom when comes to less expected color pairings like blue, black and tan. We love to incorporate multiple tones and textures into an outfit and we’re smitten with how this look packs a playful punch in variety while still remaining sophisticated. This plaid coat is such a fun way to keep warm in cooler temperatures, and the large scale print elevates even the simplest pants and tops into chic-yet-effortless outfits!

Madewell’s denim never disappoints, and we’ve found yet another great pair of jeans to make the most of layering separates this season! The style worn here is their ‘slim demi-boot,’ with a slight flair cut that’s super flattering and leg lengthening…this style is also available in blue and gray washes, as well as tall, curvy, plus and petite fits! We’ve been loving these go-with-everything boots on repeat with all of our Madewell jeans, but they’re equally wonderful peeking out of the hem of a long, flowing dress! We also adore how this woven bag subtly coordinates with the plaid coat…just the kind of unfussy thoughtfulness we want from a casual look! And lately, when a hint of whimsy is needed in the mix with our basics, we’ve been reaching for these wavy gold hoops, which are such a fresh take on a classic favorite!
