Howdy, friends! We are SO excited to begin our new “Brands Behind the Box” blog series where we share this month’s Creative Club Happy Mail box and the amazing stories behind each brand partner. We created Happy Mail as an easy and fun way to share our very favorite businesses and products with our friends each month for an $85 fee. From the big brands we all know and love to small, female owned businesses that inspire us, all of the treats in these boxes are curated by the P+P team especially for you! When it comes to finding beautiful textiles, furniture, and decor for our home and outdoor spaces, Annie Selke and her collection of brands is a tried and true one stop shop. Annie began her design journey in 1994 with the creation of her first line, Pine Cone Hill, and over the last 25 years, she has grown her eponymous business into the household name it is today. Her mission, “Make people happy by designing beautiful, quality-conscious products that bring joy to the home” can be seen throughout her collections and the ethically sourced materials used to create her classic designs. We had the distinct pleasure of designing a rug with Annie a few years ago, and we have loved featuring her beautiful products around our home ever since. From powerful pops of color to vintage inspired silhouettes, everything that Arons and her team touches exemplifies the importance of a joyful and playful perspective. And since color makes us the happiest, we have absolutely fallen in love with just about every piece this brand dreams up! It’s no secret we love pattern and color, so when we came across the bold and playful Philadelphia based brand, Printfresh, we couldn’t help but fall in love! Textile designer and fashion entrepreneur Amy Voloshin has taken her personal love for pattern and passion for sustainable production and used them to bring her customers a line of whimsical and unique PJ’s and accessories. All of Printfresh’s products are produced by a team of local artisans in India, who use their rich history of block print and silkscreen talent to hand-craft the playful sleepwear and gift collection.
