If you are looking for your go-to sauce for summer grilling and cooking, we have found your match! Charleston based entrepreneur, Molly Fienning, fell in love with Chef Geoff Rhyne’s original hot sauce recipe while dining at his local restaurant. After being converted to “a hot sauce person” once she tried this not too spicy, flavorful sauce, which had garnered quite the reputation with local foodies already, Fienning was determined to bring the recipe to tables across the country. The Red Clay brand promises to “Bring the flavor, not the Flame” with their line of hot sauces, honeys, and specialty salts, and we promise, once you try their original hot sauce recipe, you’ll never go back!
